Especially when the reference of 'fiends' is aimed at rapists. After all I guess they are part of the 99%.

I'm still wondering why vagrants and the 'professional homeless' are being shunned by the 99%?

I may be a bit old fashoined but the decision to let a rapist go and refuse to feed the poor seems a bit out there.
