I didn't think '88 was so bad. But I was much younger ... and full of bourbon.

It was 38 degrees....and raining. It was AWFUL weather.

Yeah, I remember. But a good time outweighs quite a bit of bad weather, I guess.

Say Belmont had run the BC this weekend, like Justin said.

Is he actually blaming NYRA for not knowing there'd be bad weather this weekend, as opposed to next weekend, when they selected CD for the 2011 BC?

I honestly hope he really is not the real Justin Dew.

All I am really saying is that Belmont should never get the BC. CD or SA should get it every year. And I would not be opposed to seeing it given to CD every year either.

And yes, I do blame NYRA for the weather.

This makes no sense. The weather can be just as bad in Louisville as it can in New York in November.
