Well, to paraphrase Michael Corleone, "It's not personal, Sonny. It's strictly business." I didn't grow up in a Kosher-keeping home, so I've been a pork-loving yid a long time. In terms of my food business ties, I particularly had been interested in Barbecue as a foodservice item having lived in three great Rib/BBQ areas: Cincinnati ('82-'84), Kansas City ('84-'86), Charlotte ('86-'87). I nearly opened a BBQ joint (to be called "Higby's") in the late '80's when I had to make a decision about my career. It seems I was always destined to have a tie to 'cue somehow...
