talk is cheap. it's not like they're going to get any real grief for saying things like that. maybe he has a share in the horse and is trying to talk him up?

Don't get me wrong, TC was a pretty nice horse, but man that horse got a lot of hype.

He was handled wrong his entire career. Especially this year. Why was he going 10f on synthetic surfaces? Why was he not running in a race like the Met Mile? The Whitney and Woodward on dirt at 9f also had to be much better then what he ran in. Not saying he would have won any of the aforementioned races anyway, Tizway and Flat Out are good and the filly is OK. Those spots just seem more logical now, and then.
