I can understand, Wed. night's card @ Woodbine cancelled after R4 due to lightning, my $54 pick 4 wager paid me back $26. Rule is no refund after 1st leg is official. I won't be wasting my money on multirace tickets anymore @ Woodbine, if I decide to even wager on that track again.
I don't understand why these tracks can't do the right thing and refund the wagers back.
