Someone bet about $10,000 or more on the 10 and cancelled at the last second.

I did this stuff as a teller when I was 18 years old. You don't need to have $10,000 to bet $10,000 if you intend to cancel. And -- you can cancel huge bets all day everyday and they never say anything to you about it.
