Thx. Had run as a good a race 'first turf' as anything he ran on dirt, so there was potential for improvement and any improvement put him in the mix; He was 2nd off the break; Was getting a significant rider upgrade (no matter what anyone wants to think of 'Meaux); Was dropping to an appropriate level; Had closer style in field with a lot of speed; Was going to be an attractive price; Ronny Werner pretty adept with turf sprinters (i.e. Central City, 22% W's)..

Steve, it seems like Desormeaux has been very selective regarding his mounts thus far (or possibly he is not getting that many). Is it fair to think a horse may be live and upgrade a bit if he is named?
