No we should reconsider and prioritize what congress has passed and decide what is the least and most needed. The money is there. Social Security from now on should be financed with actual T-bills, not IOU anything.

Shame on Obama for wasting the senior citizens' retirement money on things like buying and destroying used cars and giving away WI money it refused. Seniors wake up!!!
