No winners despite the two top choices running 1-2.. What was interesting about the race was that the top 5 public choices finished 1-5, and they were within $1.50 of each other. The 'Exactor' paid $20.15 ($1), the 'Triactor' $113.15 ($1) and the Super $466.80 ($1).
3.45-1 (7-2 ML): Bay to Bay (2nd) 4.05-1 (3-1 ML): Never Retreat (WON) 4.25-1 (10-1 ML): Stars to Shine (5th) 4.60-1 (6-1 ML): Miss Keller (4th) 4.95-1 (8-1 ML): Mekong Melody (3rd) CHART Watched the replay again this a.m. because I tried to work Stars to Shine into it and was disappointed. But on second viewing, note the bad check out Husbands had to deal with on the backstretch. Then blocked later and had to wait. Came with continued interest once clear. Still a filly worth following...
