If you don't attempt and their selections turn out to be subpar in your opinion all I would say is "If you think you could do better show me."

They should appoint someone from outside of NY to address issues from a simulcast player's perspective. Since the group is only going to make non-binding suggestions and has no authority, it is all a bit meaningless anyway. Perhaps they will get some good ideas, but acting on those is another matter entirely.
