It's called Paypal, you either put it in, or you don't play. I don't know. Knowing the clientele in here, 50 bucks should suffice.

So a full league equals $600, how would you divide it...$300, $200, $100? I'll be honest, not familiar with paypal so someone else would have to handle that aspect.

Usually only 1 and 2 get paid. 80% 20% but you can do it differently.
