I can't imagine why not. If the ban on most personal choices wasn't enough, surely the fans will come for the 115 degree average heat in June and July. A Qatar World Cup just screams success.

I would be marginally surprised if we have a Presidential election in this country come 2020.

Of course there will be no election come 2020. Obama is doing such a good job they are going to coronate him as King and we will all live happily ever after.
