Not justafiably. The slight bump had absolutely no impact on the outcome. They could have run another 1/8 of a mile and I don't think the 6 was getting by Ventana.

How would that justify taking down Ventana here? There was no question that the order should not have been changed as the contact clearly didn't have an impact on the outcome, it did not need more than one look. Ventana was clearly best and the 6 was never going to get by him.
