Sure. That's why the Tea Party is going ballistic on the right wing blogs - they want Boehner's head for "giving away the store". All the Republican riders are gone - eliminated.

That's why Boehner didn't say crap at his "announcement press conference" this past hour. He just high-tailed it out of there and left the press hanging.
