Bally's isn't as nice as the Wynn, but they take good care of horse players.
Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock are both great, but unless you're staying there, too far out of the way.

Just know that in most places, you have to make your wagers with a live teller, (no machines) which can be problematic if you do multi-race wagers using the Ticketmaker system.

All of the books should take any kind of bet you want, as long as it's part of the Churchill system.
