As far as i know it's on TVG? Twinspires TV is another option. I do not have HRTV cuz i have Direct Tv instead of Dish, so i do not how much coverage HRTV will have.

TVG and HRTV have it. The nice thing about it is that HRTV keeps the Dubai feed up the whole time until American racing starts (12:00 Eastern) whereas TVG, we have to listen to the network announcers, who usually have a couple people from Dubai on via phone hook-up. Both are good, but I personally prefer HRTV as I think the coverage is better on the Dubai feed, plus the on-track announcers are a helluvalot better looking!

DRF has been streaming the Carnival races and I would think they'll have today's as well...
