Great post. I don't understand what Gulfstream gains. They will get a lousy betting race which will lower handle. Attendance won't be greatly affected.

I guess there sole purpose is to screw Tampa Bay Downs. That's a crappy way to run a business. I hope they get a monsoon and they have to scratch or cancel the card.
