She had only won 4 of her 38 starts but had hit the board in another 13 races.
Dansimar was a 7 year old daughter of Daylami who was fatally injured at Sandown on the 5th. Unless I'm reading it incorrectly this was her first ever G3 try. The lightly raced five-year-old, prepared on the course by Paul Messara, was on the comeback trail and close to returning to the races.
