Stewards stupidity at its finest!

I thought it was a legit dq, which got Rosario off the hook for a ridiculously stupid ride. The 8 came out at least 5 paths in the stretch, Rosario even drifted out before the 8 came over further, giving him more room, but the left handed whip caused the 8 to keep drifting further and further. The bumping wasn't the worst I've ever seen, but it was certainly a case of herding and intimidating. Thought the DQ was the right thing to do.
