These handicaps are calculated off of a horse's best performance, not their overall merit or average of the campaign, which explains why Quality Road is rated equal with Zenyatta (after adding 3 lbs sex allowance). Lets them rank Workforce over Cape Blanco, even though of the 3 times they met, Cape Blanco won two; each drubbed the other one once.
