I'm only one person, but since they changed I don't go to their website at all anymore.

I do like Equibases changes and new features though.

Default The rest of the story...

Here is the verbatim response I got to my email to customer service at DRF:

Dear,

We're sorry you feel that way. We consider your feedback important to the success of our business. We appreciate you taking the time to write us. Thank you.

The email response came from the following domain:
drf@protocolgs.com
This is a Phillippines based call center and contact management web site.
Now I am really convinced that no one give a PHuCk!

I print the entries from DRF to use as a program to keep track of my wagering.

It took 6 pages to print out FG's Monday card. Usually it's 4 pages. I always print in draft mode.

Does anybody know where I can print scratch sheets or a program that would use less paper and ink?

What makes little sense, is that I can print a program--with more information than I need or want-- for free from Bris, but they charge for scratch sheets.

Another sore point I have with the DRF. Didn't they make a claim that if you bought PP's for a track that you would also get the Pick 4 PP's for whichever New York track is racing on that Saturday. Does anyone else remember that this was supposed to be happening?

They never have given a PHuCk and never will give a PHuCK. How long did it take for your email to get answered. I have emailed in the past and never received a response back.

Is it possible they didn't understand the email?
