What could you get a double-wide equine hyperbaric chamber for brand new?

Last I quoted which was a couple years ago was a one horse chamber for around 100k, but that is just the chamber, no oxygen. It was also just a 5 minute phone call
The kicker is that a 'session' has a 6x markup on the actual oxygen cost.
