Somewhat sparse Dee Tee showing on cold and windy afternoon. Any excuse to get on track a good one in my book. Parking lot and windows quite crowded though with OTB situation.
Lloyd seemed extremely relaxed again pre race. Something we noticed last time as well. Post race, Prado indicated that he broke well, felt good under him physically and was breathing well. Just seemed to have little interest when the late running began. He seemed to think maybe some class relief might help with confidence. Gary indicated that it seemed a bit like once he saw horses gaining past him, he packed it in. Try blinks? Hope things improve for Lloyd and the crew. Nice to get out, even if it was freezing ass cold... Look forward to the next outing. |
