![]() Yep, but just for clarification, Paradise Creek won that Hollywood Derby (he was coming off good 2nd as part of the field behind Lure's first BC Mile). Bien Bien had spent most of the summer getting thrashed in dirt races (Travers, Super Derby), having somehow won a very weak renewal of the Swaps. He actually won the Hollywood Turf Cup in his next start over recent BC Turf winner Fraise (I think there was a DQ or something in there).

![]() The last one is fairly simple. He was coming from Europe (I think he ran once or twice at Belmont before this race), along with stablemate Denon (the winner), in that race.
