The exacta is listed for $1 and the place for $2. That seems like a normal payout for a 1/2 shot over anything.

Thats not what he's Complaining about Sure that seems like a normal payout but I might be Miffed to If I checked the Will Pay after the race and its Showing a payout of $61

I'm sure the info he had was inaccurate. Or a $5 bet late moved the pool.

HArness Racing is crazy I just watched the 4th Race from Dover Downs and the only reason I did it as I was Scrolling around I noticed the 4 Horse was 1-9 and the other 4 horses in the race were 99-1. The 4 horse did Win and when I looked at the Pool right after the race it showed him having $99,885 bet to win out of $100,996. by the way there was win betting only.
