I didn't watch ESPN, so I don't know if it was brought up at all...but what a few days for Garrett Gomez. Falls on Thursday and is taken off the track in a stretcher after his mount breaks down and rolls on him. Wins with his first mount back the next day and then takes down 3 Breeders Cup races.

Pretty cool story.

Well, truthfully, I'm only extrapolating from the portions I saw live. It might have been as low as 45 or 50.

When I heard Bill Nack lead off the broadcast on Friday I turned it off.
