![]() Are you haters for real! She is the best thing going for the horse industry now. The trainer had the patience to let her grow into her body and unlike some other trainers cares about the horse. She is amazing and when she wins the classics please realize you are seeing one of the greatest ever. Cherish it and quit being so negative. Her record does her talking for her!

![]() I disagree. Why does she need to chase anyone to claim her champions status?? She showed up for 2 breeders cup (and won) and going on her third at CD. Champions do not need to chase contenders. Life at Ten, Blind Luck, Rachel, Havre de Grace connections know where Zenyatta is but they never took the chance to run against her. As much as you like to believe that John Sherrifs picks and choose the horses Zenyatta runs against and beats, we both know thats just not true.

As much as you would like to believe surface has nothing to do with why no one will go out west to face her, we both know that's just not true. |

![]() Dont make surface as an excuse. Zenyatta showed up in Arkansas but RA did not.

![]() RA excuse for not coming to cali is because they do not want to run on plastic. When the stage was set to for a match race on dirt, they did not show but Zenyatta did.

Don't make surface an excuse? Why not? Are synthetic and dirt the same? If you are a dirt horse, why would you ship across the country to run on a surface foreign to you? It's not like the connections of the horses you mentioned have been saying they are better on synth...then running on dirt like the connections of Zenyatta. These arguements have been hashed out for months now. Where ya been? |

![]() Threads like this, and all talk of Zenyatta and/or Rachel just sucks out all my energy; it is exhausting to read the same crap over and over again. Barring some sort of catastrophe, I'm singling Zenyatta in my multi-race bets and spreading on the others.

Yes I believe what I wrote. Champions do not chase contenders. What do you think? So you are saying Sherrifs lobbied for the plastic in So Cal just for Zenyatta? Keep digging. |

What makes her a champion? Two wins, each at the end of the season? If that's all it takes, we might as well just cover them in bubble wrap and push them right into the shed at birth. Whether or not you want to admit it, racing in California is completely different from racing everywhere else and Zenyatta had an overwhelming advantage against any east coast horse that would ship in. I really can't believe people still argue this. |

If 2 BC wins and 11 G1 wins is not enough to call one a champion then I must say you have very very high standards. |
