that's cuz he is probably the only horse in the Philippines.......sorry, couldn't resist that...I lived there for 4 years and while I did see some Polo matches, I don't ever recall seeing races or any advertisement of the sort...now that was a while ago, so maybe it's changed.....but I can't think there is any class when it comes to race horses....
