To end this long story...they got her Grandmother involved who actually was very religious and into this stuff.She came to the house and into the basement....said the ghost was not a danger and went on to bless the area and have the ghost move along.
And that was that.
I really believed this girl.
Best supposedly real life ghost story I have heard.
I still have never seen one.....phooey.
