Well where do they think this $11mm is going to come from. Plus it will be appealed and the damages will be musch less.

With as many times as certain horses have been called "rats" on this board, I can only imagine how much $$ we'd be sued for.

Sure they can. Damages would be hay, oats, carrots and apples.

I'm on my way to sign up for umpire school...the way I figure it, I can retire early after sueing all the crazy parents who think their kid is the next A-Rod...oops, I mean Jeter...

those were great times.

Im not sure what it was that Jerry actually said, but those losers were going nuts just b/c I hated that damn groom.

the funniest part about the whole thing is that I read where Midway Toad was actually standing stud in Hempstead, TX. thats like 30 minutes from where I grew up and went to school.
i can assure you its not where good thoroughbreds go to stand stud.

Midway Toad sucked as a racehorse and Im sure he is going to suck as a sire.
what a bad racehorse who fooled a lot of ppl b/c of one good run on a sloppy track at Keeneland.
