One more thing..I hope everyone knows I only kid Gooey.I do think the world of her and she ,in real life, is very,very smart.
But she has no ego and makes fun of herself here.....and then I can't resist. She is like a few others here...SnowGirls through and through.Their hearts beat not just for themselves, but for out of synch others needing their rhytnmic aid as well. Boy did I hack that up, but you know what I mean.

I am a known cutie pie.
Well....it's like you said,Gooey; some have done a lot worse. You get the feeling the owner must have been in bad shape.I know it isn't the best way and like he article said...the fallout from this bludgeoned economy ( recession ended over a year ago, don't ya know) has struck a lot of people. My honest reaction is ,since I don't know, they probably did the best they could in the leaving.
