sure, if you don't mind betting into pools that are 3 or 4 digits.
Some pools last year were $400 - $500 for doubles, p3, tri's. I think the pools will be smaller this year. Of course, it's all about the casino anyways.
it was like that at the fair grounds quarter horse meet pools very small. alot of pk 3 paid same price for every horse in the third leg.
