The next time you deliver the cards, you will borrow Deb-O-Deb's Paul Bunyan nightgown....the one with the double down liner, red and blue checks.

You will wear it and you will have the buttons buttoned all the way up.No hemming allowed....I don't care if it has a train .

OK?
I hope he/she is ok.

Wow I was going to ask what you thought of tonights card at HP but forget it!

I don't want you to make me wear all kinds of strange outfits.

Hey I meant to ask you the other day... do you know the poem Good Night by Shelley?

Shouldn't we have a contest with one of his (mercifully short ) poems? You know, a purgery-a-thon?

Or some other poet who ummm... needs a little life put into their work :. Good idea or not?

My mind creates pictures with very little suggestion and these are, well... got a razor blade?

Very kind of you.

He is. Got a blood clot in the leg....had a serious heart attack 5 years ago.Has a pace maker AND( I think) a defribulater??..sound right? He even had a "screen" put in his groin a year or so ago to prevent this.

I think he's just 52...makes me feel utterly worthless.I can't imagine going through all this. But we did have several laughs at the expense of fellow bed buddies and busy body nurses.

Hospitals really blow.

I didn' let on how sick I am or they would have tried to keep me there----which would have been a huge mistake on their part.I'd rather die from a lucky bullet.Lucky for Ray---besause his name would be on it.

Sounds about right.

I'm glad your friend was in good spirits.

Hey... who is one of your least favorite poets?

A screen like a stent?

A hospital is a terrible place. This past January when I got my bloodclots I was driving myself to the hospital balling my eyes out just because I didn't want to go to the hospital and possibly have to stay.

That aside, take care of our Mortypoo-kins and get treatment if you need it.

You know,Gooey..it takes so little effort to raise someone's spirits who is in a hospital..even just to see a familiar face.

Not trying to play me up because I have a lot to make up for.

Reall,Gooey..I don't know enough famous ones to have a least fave...to my inconspicuous noodle...they are all really, really good.

His wife called it a screen. It's supposed to trap blood clots.

Now that you say it, I think I recall when you did.

Hey...now don't take this for anything other than what it is....but you seem so nice and after all this time one developes an affinity for others even on a message board. So it really hurts you had to drive yourself there and had those sad feelings..and fears..

I could have petted you and kissed your forehead and driven you myself....and made you laugh by making fun of other car occupants at red lights.

This was an anomale? You don't have trouble with clotting/..I hope not.

I'm a tough cookie....No one wants to drive themselves to the hospital but you gotta do what ya gotta do!

Say, have you ever pulled up to a car at a red light and just wanted to look at them and do an animal from the Muppets impression? "Animaaaaaaal!"

Ok I'm weird. I can live with this.
