There was no letdown. They came out with plenty of fire. All this neblous bullshit drives me crazy. The fact was the Jets coaches obviously saw that Miami's safeties are soft and designed and called a bunch of plays that exploited that. Not to mention some stupid penalties that kept Jets drives alive. The first play on offense that Miami had was an overthrown where Hartline was open and could have had a TD. The fact was that the Jets exploited Miami's weaknesses and didn't turn the ball over. You can talk all you want about schedules, injuries, letdowns, etc but I will take turnovers as the key to most games.
IMO the Bears are a play against tonight because GB is a lot better than they are, not because Chicago won last week. Those systems always look a lot better after the games have been played...
