They barely know they have balls. In situations where there was no pressure (big underdogs,) they could easily beat people. Other than that exact situation, when they get looked in the eye, they routinely back down. I don't know how you change that. They have not paid enough attention to the mental make-up of players. Somehow, they've collected a bunch of talented people that aren't that hungry. How do you make people hungry for a team accomplishment? They have to bring some of that themselves, and, honestly, there's not many on the team that have it. The three I mentioned above have got none of it. I mean none of it. I can't tell ya how many times I've seen Kemp interviewed after a tough loss. He's so o.k. with it. Just says "We just came out on the short end tonight." Meanwhile, if we beat the Hawaiian guy in Philly, that lil guy just stares out on the field (like we beat his mother to death.) There is a massive difference.
