Ridden by Alex Solis, Principle Secret set fractions of 22.56 and 45.89 seconds, led by 1 1/2 lengths in the stretch, and was caught near the line. "Not too many 2-year-olds can do what he did yesterday," Paasch said Monday. "I was disappointed. I thought he had a couple of chances to take him back. "I think he's a really good horse. On the turn, I thought he was done. He was pressed the whole way. When Stormello came to him, it was like, 'Oh, we're not done yet.' "-DRF |

say what you will about the speed bias out there, but that was a big run for a 2YO and he is the ONLY west coast 2YO I take seriously in the BC Juvenile. PSecret is a nice horse. Repent |
