This one goes down offically as one of the three most pathetic performances by a pro football team I've ever seen in a non-meaningless game.

Phillip Rivers played poorly during the rain - they took Gates away - but those are the only two humans on the football field for the Chargers whom I noticed who seriously should not have their sexuality called into question. Norv Turner is like Mr. Rogers all calm over there.

If I'm coach of the Chargers - the first thing I do when I get back to the locker - I demand that every single player take off their pants and underwear - strip naked - and prove to me that they aren't a woman. After they do, I'd start yelling "You faggots are all wearing skirts when we break down the film of this game together in our next meeting!"

It's funny watching this - but if you're a coach of San Diego - how do you tolerate that stuff? Especially the effort on special teams? How do you get any sleep at night?

If you see people not trying in gym class - I'd go over and elbow them in the face when no one was looking. Or if they're a girl, trip them if no ones looking or dive at their feet for a loose ball and submarine them to the hardwood. What are they going to do about it? If they don't want to give an effort ... lets see if they have any pride when silently provoked. They either tell on you or threaten you - and that's about it. Sometimes they even hold a grudge about it afterwards. The ones who attack you are the ones who try. These are supposed to be pro athletes.

As long as they're healthy - and even though they're finesse on offense and unproven on defense - New England is looking more and more like the class of the AFC all the time.
