you can sign up without depositing. you can't bet, but you can get the live video. i know my balance has been down to almost nothing, and i could still watch.
i don't understand why, in the age of satellites, people let cable hamstring them.

as an aside, i really wish you could pick and choose your channels. you'd think they wouldn't still go by the package...

I have tried to watch the video and it always gives me a screen telling me that I have to wager a certain amount in a certain period in order to view it.

Me too...I need NYRA One account to start showing live video instead of the 3 minute replay stuff. Damn even Steve Byk's replay is about a six second delay when he is on the air!
