yes. you were right. or no. it didn't make sense in hindsight to buy housing then. whichever. and i won't accuse you of redboarding but...

didn't own at the time , just told me sister to stay away

some people did very well in housing from 99 to 06 , some people never have to work again because they got out , the majority of americans weren't that lucky though
