nasdaq at top 5000 , nasdaq roday 23 and change randall , nasdaq in 10 yrs even if you get a double from here you still not even if you bought at the top

i know some people that bought in the tri sate area in 06 and 07 , it's not pretty , they are stuck paying off something for the next 30 yrs that may be worth less than what they paid for it

why? if i give you a specific time and it hasn't happened yet , you will just tell me i am wrong . there were a lot of people who went broke during the housing bubble on the short side , paulson had the luck and timed it right , but , they were all correct that the bubble would burst
