Just Jenda is a nice horse. She always seems to give it her best. Sometimes like today it's good enough to win.

Totally agree. Just Jenda was sharp today Mailbu Prayer didn't have much of an answer when she came callin for the lead, at least not today.

She was super sharp which begs the question, does she take down the Personal Ensign today if she runs in it?

Which begs the additional question: how many races at MTH went off within 10 minutes of ZERO minutes to post of the race? |

Maybe this would have been a case where optimum distance is not the necessary component, all I know is she would have been watching that duel up front as I mentioned to IDS earlier like Dare And Go in the Pacific Classic and save all her energy for one push, let's face it if Persistantly could get up, anything is possible. Which begs an additional question, does Wolfson's stuff travel well as well as in previous years?

It's obvious, when you look at the charts of her past races, that Miss Singsix is the worst possible kind of closer. She needs a complete meltdown to run. In other words, EVERY other horse in the race needs to run before she does, and collapse. No amount of juice can transform me into Usain Bolt, so why bother shooting me up?

Apparently Just Jenda was retired after the race. Talk about going all in. Larry Jones called today's race their Breeders Cup. I guess the question begs, why retire a horse, in August, that just ran one of her best races?
