I guess they will be "redistributing" the mutuel money that I or anyone else bet in these races as well right? This is the kind of sh!t that, as minor as it actually is, will put racing out of business.
it would be nice if they could find a way to do that. but those who won on the canani horses might not agree, as they wouldn't want to give their winnings back.
