I have a stupid question to ask:
Your betting an even amount on O'Hair but not on either Casey or Goosen. Just curious as why you did that? I might learn something about betting. Thanks. |

I am betting 100 bucks. My number 1 pick obviously is O'Hair so I bet half my stake on him. The other 50 bucks I pick 2 or more players and Dutch the bet so it returns the same amount regardless of which one wins.

Thank you for explaining it to me. Best of luck on your picks. Hopefully you will have the same luck that I have been having on ESPN Streak For The Cash.

I have a question too. Why would anyone bet on golf?

Didn't have you pegged for a wise ass... I bet on golf to make money. At these odds you need about 2 winners per year along with a couple dutches to show a positive ROI... Redboarding but my ROI is currently 30% for the year. Most losses in a row was 10. I'll track for the rest of the year and post if you like starting with last weeks loss.

Betting golf is very difficult. But if the price is right, a few stabs here and there can be worth it.

You have to be able to read body language really well. I actually think individual sports are the easiest, because you can eliminate all the chokes. Still hard though.

You have it right for the most part though. You wait until after the cut and then make your bets. Prices are a little lower, but chances of hitting are greater. You still parlaying a bunch of crazy bets like you used to?

If you can bet on someone to finish last, I have a lock for next week. What a tool:
