This is my thoughts, if you bet and win a few tax tickets through out the year. This would count as an off-set on the winnings because just like you need racing forms and programs to prove you made those bets if you were cashing at the track or tin can hub...this is the only problem with betting from home Twins spires and Xpress Bet already has your sss#, one thing I miss through the years betting at the track was; under $5000 scores I did use 10% er's...most of them was mutual tellers.
