Barry Kramer is the 4th best high school basketball player ever from the Capital District region behind Sam Perkins, Pat Riley and Dave Blaha.
If Perkins counts then shouldn't Lamar Odom Kardashian be included. How about Gary Holle SR. Taylor Battle at Penn St was very good, what ever happened to his brother he was an outstanding high school player, his name escapes me.
