Pletcher has a 1ster in the 5th at DEL today, a $40K maiden claimer. Jara is up and the purchase price was only $100k. 2:1 with 7 minutes to post.

I would be more inclinded to like this Todd then yesterday's, the works on this one suck and they even worked on turf... This low level makes sense, the Midnight Lute yesterday had some good works and bullets, and like I said if he could run he would have been in NY or NJ. I think this Todd wins this race. Nothing wrong with taking9-2 especially when the top beyer is in like mid 40's for the logical contenders.

never picked up its feet; which was clear from the odds.
then again, a 25:1 shot won the race and Dutrow was 7:5. I think they were trying yesterday and fell on their faces.
