Thank Americans for expecting a bloated Govt. agency to do what should be done at home. Parents have dropped the ball when it comes to instilling a will to learn in their kids, and in just not paying attention in general. I'm not an advocate of home schooling. I just don't blame the Govt. for kids being stupid. The Govt. is to blame for a lot of things, but I wouldn't blame them for kids being stupid just yet.
