They're going about it the wrong way. Legalize the drugs, but make it illegal to dilute the drugs. Make a "drug purity law". You can sell only "100% pure" white powders.

The resulting overdoses will diminish the drug using population faster and more completely than any enforcement action can. A little Darwinism goes a long way.

Looks like the "saved or created" metric is being retired in favor of "supported".

Predictable. Now one word conveys even more unmeasurable "data" than before. But hey, if whomever is still left in the Obama supporter crowd is dumb enough to buy it, then it's a success.
