![]() Don't you think when you're the Defending National League Champs (and down by 4 games,) then you should be "up" against anyone? I think he's just an inconsistent individual. Pitchers are weird. Randy Wolf seems to need to get owned before he'll pitch his best.

![]() You're deflecting, and distracting. You should just admit he's average. There is no other way out.

Are you shocked Beltre is able to hit .330 for almost 300 AB with the Red Sox given he couldn't hit a consistent .280 his last half dozen years with the Dodgers....it isn't a contract, the Sox paid the guy. |

![]() While playing for Seattle, STATS SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN(ESPECIALLY OFFENSIVE ONES.) There is something very wrong up there. No, I am not surprised he's doing well. I never wanted to let him go in 04/05. We had a horrible year after letting him go. If he was playing in L.A., he'd be doing great, too.

![]() Again it is still a small sample size. But he played in two of the toughest hitters parks in LA and Seattle and now he plays in one of the better ones. I doubt he eventually hits more than .290 when the season is done.
