Actually.
The reason Stute trained him, which was really quite an oddity to see Stute train a Hughes owned son of AP Indy, was that he had a rare bone disorder and I believe at the very least, Dick Mandella refused to train the horse. Stute might not even have been 2nd choice.
He was brilliant in those two starts though.
